There is something to be said about living and walking in the "Freedom" of God, you know? His Freedom releases us into our desire to be like Him. His Freedom propels us forward toward good deeds which He prepared in advance for us to do. His Freedom awakens us to our destiny.
Eph 2:1As for you, you were dead in your transgressions and sins, 2in which you used to live when you followed the ways of this world and of the ruler of the kingdom of the air, the spirit who is now at work in those who are disobedient. 3All of us also lived among them at one time, gratifying the cravings of our sinful nature and following its desires and thoughts. Like the rest, we were by nature objects of wrath. 4But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, 5made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions—it is by grace you have been saved. 6And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus, 7in order that in the coming ages he might show the incomparable riches of his grace, expressed in his kindness to us in Christ Jesus. 8For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— 9not by works, so that no one can boast. 10For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.
But there is something more about God finally being able to live and walk in our Freedom. :)

It's one thing to say that God is bigger, that God is stronger. But it's another thing to believe it and walk in it, even when the circumstances or the storms prevail and don't change.
Thought #1: Maybe hardships make us stronger, or maybe weaker - so that He may become strong. (1 Cor12) Thought #2: Maybe storms become our testimony. And we overcome the enemy by the word of our testimony. (Rev 12:11) Thought #3 Maybe we are not true worshipers until we are tested. Tested by this world for our love for One. (James 1:2-12)
I know this much, He is stronger than every circumstance, storm, hardship, trial that may come. I must believe. I must hope. I must worship. Worship Him not just for what He does or has done, but also because of who He is. John 16:31-33 "You believe at last!" Jesus answered. "But a time is coming, and has come, when you will be scattered, each to his own home. You will leave me all alone. Yet I am not alone, for my Father is with me. "I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world."
Colossians 2:1-5 I want you to know how much I am struggling for you and for those at Laodicea, and for all who have not met me personally. 2My purpose is that they may be encouraged in heart and united in love, so that they may have the full riches of complete understanding, in order that they may know the mystery of God, namely, Christ, 3in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. 4I tell you this so that no one may deceive you by fine-sounding arguments. 5For though I am absent from you in body, I am present with you in spirit and delight to see how orderly you are and how firm your faith in Christ is.
I know that everyone has seen the hillsong united video and heard the song healer, and I know that a lot of people don't like the song because of what happened with the guy that played it. (If you haven't heard the song, or seen the video it will be at the bottom, it's very powerful). For those of you that don't know the story of what happened, the man that wrote the song Healer was supposedly a cancer victim and was playing the song that he wrote and asking God to heal him from his disease. He had a disease, but it wasn't cancer. He had been lieing to his family and his church about cancer for years to cover up his true pain, and that was that he was addicted to pornography. He wanted attention from people, and prayer from people, so he told people that he had cancer instead of telling them about his addiction. More and more in the church I hear about people that have fallen into deep sin, and they can't get out of it no matter how hard that they try, and my heart breaks for them. Especially the guy that wrote this song. The cool thing about the song though, is that even though he wrote it about cancer, I truly believe that this song is going to bring healing to his life in ways that he didn't even know it was going to. God has amazing ways of taking things that you thought were going to go places and then he takes them even further then you thought they were going to go. My prayer for not only our church, but for all of the churches around the globe, is that we would always be who we truly are. That we would never hide who we really are and what we are struggling with. Everyone struggles with something, so lets be open about it and talk about it. When did church become about being as perfect as you can be while your in the church and then walking the rest of your life in sin? James 5:16 says, "Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective." I pray for the day that the church becomes a place where people can just be open and honest about what is going on in their lives, then the church can pray for them, then they can be healed, and then they can share their testimony and start praying for other people. We are His and because of His perfect love we don't have to be perfect and the quicker that we accept that the better.
True worship flows out of a hunger and thirst for God – not just for His handouts. WORSHIP IS DETERMINED BY OUR HUNGER AND THIRST FOR THE CREATOR NOT THE CREATED.
